Delivery Information

All stock items are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.

Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days (UK) from cleared payment except where stated and we use Royal Mail service in the UK and Parcelforce for EU/ROW & Next day Special Delivery. If an order is received and is damaged or parts missing you will need to contact us immediately to report the issue.

All shipping rates are displayed clearly on the checkout page before you proceed to payment FREE delivery is UK Mainland only excluding the highlands and Islands and hard-to-reach places. 

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may return them at your postal cost within a reasonable time from receipt of the goods. You must return your goods within 30 days from delivery. If however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. 

It is your responsibility to take care of the goods.  It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the returns detailing your order number, name, full address, and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
